Willet G. Miller Medal
The Willet G. Miller Medal is a prize for Earth Sciences of the Royal Society of Canada. The award was instituted in 1941 in memory of Willet Green Miller ( 1867-1925 ). Miller was a geologist, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada ( FRSC ) and played an important role in the development of the mining industry in Ontario. With the award, a gold plated silver medal is connected. It is awarded usually every two years.
