Willi Geiger (judge)

Willi Geiger ( May 22nd, 1909 in Neustadt on the Wine Route, † 19 January 1994 in Karlsruhe ) was a German jurist, Judge of the Federal Court and judges of the Federal Constitutional Court.

Life

After the " seizure of power" of the Nazis law graduate Geiger joined the SA in 1933 and has been training and public relations officer. Since 1934, he belonged to the Nazi Rechtswahrerbund and the National Socialist People's Welfare. In 1937 he became a member of the Nazi party and rose in 1938 within the SA to the pack leader on.

Geiger worked as a prosecutor at the Special Court Bamberg and secured there in at least five cases, death sentences.
