Willi Holdorf
Willi Holdorf ( born February 17, 1940 in Blomesche wilderness ) is a former German track and field athlete and football coach. It was 1964 Olympic champion in the decathlon.
Career
After Willi Holdorf in 1961 and 1963 on 200 meter hurdles won the German championship in the decathlon in 1962 and, among other things, In 1964 he achieved his greatest success at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. He won in a thrilling final against pure Aun from the Soviet Union was the first German to win the Olympic decathlon.
