William-Bay-Nationalpark

The 17- km ² William Bay National Park is located in the vicinity of 15 km from the town of Denmark in Western Australia and 369 kilometers away from Perth.

The William Bay National Park was named after Sir William Edward Parry, a British admiral and explorer (1790-1855) and founded in 1971. The William Bay Park is divided by granite and limestone mountains next to the turquoise waters and pristine white sand beaches on the coast. It is a place for swimming and diving. Popular addition to the great William Bay the Madfish Bay and Waterfall Beach.

The winter storms forming high sand dunes that extend to inland away from the coast. It grow many small trees and shrubs in the park, where there are also hiking trails and restrooms.
