William J. Wynn

William Joseph Wynn ( born June 12, 1860 in San Francisco, California, † January 4, 1935 ) was an American politician. Between 1903 and 1905 he represented the state of California in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

William Wynn attended the public schools of his home. He then completed an apprenticeship as a machinist. In the following years he practiced this profession in his hometown of San Francisco. At the same time he proposed as a member of the Democratic Party launched a political career. In the years 1902 and 1903 he was a town councilor in San Francisco.

In the congressional elections of 1902, Wynn was in the fifth electoral district of California in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington DC chosen, where he became the successor of Eugene F. Loud on March 4, 1903. Since he has not been confirmed in 1904, he was able to complete only one term in Congress until March 3, 1905. After the end of his time in the U.S. House of Representatives William Wynn worked in his home in the insurance industry. He died on January 4, 1935 in San Francisco.
