William Kong
William Kong ( Bill Kong) (Chinese江志强/江志强, Pinyin Jiang Zhiqiang ) ( born 1953 ) is a Chinese film producer, whose most famous work Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon with the British Academy Film Award for Best Film, the Golden Horse Film Festival Award and was the Hong Kong Film Award and also nominated for an Oscar.
Also excellent are Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles (2006, "Best Asian film" - Hong Kong Film Awards) and Lust, Caution (2007/ 08, "Best Asian film" - Hong Kong Film Awards and "Best Picture" - Golden Horse Awards).
Kong is the managing director of the company " Edko Films", which has its headquarters in Hong Kong, which is long-standing and independent. His debut The Blue Dragon Award 1993 in the category " Best Picture" of the Tokyo International Film Festival.
