William Towns
William Towns (* 1936, † 1993) was a British car designer.
Vehicles such as the Aston Martin DBS (1967 ), Jensen -Healey (1972) and Aston Martin Lagonda (1974 ) were designed by him. Towns worked as a designer for Rootes (seats, door handles, etc.) and for the carmaker Rover. In 1966 he moved to Aston Martin spearheaded the design of the vehicles in the 1970s.
