William Van Horn

William Van Horn ( * February 15, 1939 in Oakland, California) is an artist who draws since 1988 Disney comics. He draws the cartoon characters Donald Duck and Scrooge McDuck, but has also drawn DuckTales stories. Some of these DuckTales stories show the fraction pilots Quack ( Lauchpad McQuack ) as the main character. Van Horn also drew Nervous Rex stories for his work for Disney.

In the early years of his work as an illustrator for Disney Van Horn often worked with John Lustig in the stories. In 1994, he helped Carl Barks with a story titled History and Stories (OT: Horsing around with History ), published in Uncle Scrooge Adventures # 33.

The son of William Van Horn, Noel Van Horn, is also an artist of Disney comics.
