The Willow River is one of three rivers of this name in the north of the U.S. state of Minnesota.

The Willow River is a 72 km long tributary of the Mississippi River. It rises in the Big Rice Lake, in the Chippewa National Forest in southeastern Cass County. In its course, it passes Haypoint and ends in Aitkin County, 19 km north-west of Aitkin, in the Mississippi River.
