Willow Spring (or Willow Springs ) is an unincorporated area in southeastern Wake County in North Carolina in the United States of America. 2007 11,576 people lived there. The Frank and Mary Smith House and Turner and Amelia Smith House, both listed on the National Register of Historic Places, located in Willow Spring.
