Willowmore is a town in the municipality of Baviaans, Cacadu District, Eastern Cape Province in South Africa. It is located at the junction of the roads N9 and R329, 264 kilometers from Port Elizabeth and 85 kilometers from Plettenberg Bay. The city is the seat of the municipal administration. In 2001, she had 7,678 inhabitants.
