Wim Hof

Wim Hof ( born April 20, 1959 in Sittard, Limburg) is a Dutchman, who holds eighteen international records in enduring extreme cold, including the record for the longest ice bath.

Work

In 1999, he ran barefoot and only wearing cap and running shorts wearing a half marathon about 160 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle; Three years later, he emerged a range of 80 meters under Arctic ice. In Shorts dressed he tried to climb the Mount Everest, which he was not able. Court states that it can endure heat as well as cold.
