Windorah

Windorah is a small village with 158 inhabitants in the south-west of the Australian state of Queensland. It is located in the Outback 1200 kilometers west of Brisbane and 300 kilometers south west of Longreach on the Diamantina Developmental Road. He is one of only three places in the sparsely populated administrative area ( LGA) Barcoo Shire. The place is named after an Aboriginal name for the location of the Great Fish.
