Winter Games

Winter Games is a sports video game that was developed in 1985 by the game company Epyx ( in Europe from the U.S. company Gold published).

Winter Games, which was a successor of the game Summer Games, was first released for the Commodore 64 and later ported to other home computers and game consoles. The game was designed for up to eight players, the different countries could accept. Everyone was in the winter sports try to reach the first place. The game was released for the following systems: Amiga, Apple II, Atari ST, Apple IIGS, Amstrad CPC, ZX Spectrum, PC, Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Nintendo NES and the Famicom Disk System. In 2004 it was re- released on the C64 Direct-to- TV.

Currently, Ironstone, Magnussoft system and 3 have the license to use the name Epyx. This currently appear for different platforms games again, whose name and design leans to the original.
