Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources ( WDNR Abbr ) is an agency of the U.S. state of Wisconsin, which is responsible for the protection, management and preservation of natural resources of Wisconsin. It also makes legislative proposals for the Wisconsin Legislature and the Governor of Wisconsin. The head office is located in the capital, Madison.

History

The Authority was established in 1967.
