Wisconsin Highway 160

The State Trunk Highway 160 ( often called Highway 160, STH 160 or WIS 160 ) is a 5.54 km long state highway in Wisconsin. The highway runs from east to west in the east-central area, this U.S. state of Angelica to Pulaski.

Route description

The highway begins in the center of Pulaski, at the intersection of running east -west direction Pulaski Street with St. Augustine Street leading north-south direction. The Wisconsin State Highway 32 turn at this intersection from the east to the north, the WIS 160 leads from here straight to the west and rises steadily slightly, the entire route by about 30 m. After half a mile the road leading from the city out into open country and crossed the border between the Brown County and Shawano County.

The road passes through agricultural area with few houses until the exit 242 of the marked here with separate carriageways Wisconsin State Highway 29 and goes so directly into the Wisconsin State Highway 55, which runs north of the junction together with the WIS 29 and about two hundred west the connection point of a sharp turn to the south.

Before the construction of the motorway-like bypass the WIS ended 160 directly into Angelica at the junction with the WIS 29, WIS 55 branches only a little further south from.
