Wiskitki

Wiskitki is a village located in powiat Żyrardowski in the Polish province of Mazovia, Poland. The village is also the headquarters of the rural community Gmina Wiskitki.

Geography

Wiskitki located 5 km northwest of Żyrardów and 44 kilometers west of Warsaw.

History

From January 1940 to February 1941 there was a camp in Wiskitki. From there went transports to Warsaw (see list of ghettos in the period of National Socialism ).

Traffic

The Autostrada A2 runs north and the provincial road 50 west a short distance at a short distance.
