Wiswesser Line Notation

Wiswesser Line Notation ( WLN ) is a complicated and outdated linear structure code for chemical compounds, invented in 1954 by WJ Wiswesser. Individual letters indicate a particular structure fragment again, a string is the entire structure. Many databases (eg ISI, RTECS) and pharmaceutical databases, the WLN notation was used.
