Wittenbergplatz

The Wittenberg Platz is a square in the Berlin district of Schöneberg district of Tempelhof- Schöneberg. He is part of the so-called " Generalszugs ", a road and place result which connects the districts of Schöneberg and Kreuzberg together. The square was created 1889-1892.

He was named after the battle of Wittenberg on January 13, 1813 against the Napoleonic troops in the wars of liberation.
