Wojciech Zabłocki

Wojciech Mikołaj Zabłocki (December 6, 1930 in Warsaw) is a Polish saber and three-time world champion. Professionally, he worked as an architect.

Achievements

Zabłocki won in 1953 at the world championships in Brussels bronze in the saber team in 1954 at the World Championships in Luxembourg they erfochten silver. At the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956 Zabłocki won silver with the team. 1957 at the World Championships in Paris in 1958 at the World Championships in Philadelphia he won bronze in the saber team. In 1959 he was in Budapest team world champion. At the Olympic Games in Rome in 1960 Zabłocki won silver with the team and reached fifth place in the individual. In 1961 he was in Turin team world champion and won bronze in saber individual. In 1963 he became team world champion in Gdansk again. At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964 Zabłocki Bronze erfocht with the team.
