Wolfgang Boos ( born January 13, 1946 in Füssen) is a former German professional ice hockey player and current tennis players. His son Tino is also active as a hockey player.
Boos began his career with the ESV Kaufbeuren in 1963. Having played there for four seasons, he moved to Düsseldorf in 1967 EC . With the team he was in 1972 and 1975 German Ice Hockey champions. At the Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck in 1976, he belonged to the squad of the German national team, which was able to reach the bronze medal in the tournament.
After ending his hockey career Boos moved sporty tennis. In the age group of seniors he won several regional titles in Dusseldorf and the surrounding area.
Professionally, he was an official at the city of Kaufbeuren and after his move to Dusseldorf worked for the city of Dusseldorf.
