Wolfgang Börnsen

Wolfgang Börnsen ( born April 26, 1942 in Flensburg ) is a German politician ( CDU). He was a member of parliament from 1987 to 2013 and from 2005 to 2013 chairman of the working group Culture and Media of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group.

Life and career

Post-high school Börnsen an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and attended the Higher Commercial School in Flensburg. After he graduated from the College of Education (PH) Kiel study for the teaching at secondary schools. He then worked as a teacher of history, economics / politics and religion at the Kate - Let - school Flensburg active.
