Wolfgang Nonn

Wolfgang Nonn (* November 24, 1935; † August 26, 1959 ) was a German hockey player. He won an Olympic bronze medal in 1956.

At the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956 Wolfgang Nonn participated in all five games, he scored two goals, one of them in the match for bronze in the 3-1 against the British. His brother Helmut Nonn belonged to the Olympic team in 1956. Overall Wolfgang Nonn worked in 21 countries playing with. With Uhlenhorst Mülheim brothers Nonn 1954, 1955, 1957 and 1958 German champions were. Nonn died at age 23 of an appendectomy.
