The Wollangambe River is a river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales.

It rises at Newes Junction, a small town east of Lithgow in the southwest corner of the Wollemi National Park. The river flows first north-eastwards to the north of the small town of Mount Irvine. There he spent his run to the north and after about 20 km turn to the northeast. In the center of the National Park it flows into the Colo River. The river valley is largely uninhabited and not accessible by roads.

Its main tributaries are the Bowens Creek and Bungleboori Creek.
