Womb (nightclub)

Womb is a Japanese techno club in the Maruyama district west of Shibuya in the district of Shibuya in Tokyo.

The club was opened in 2000 and has about 1,000 people. In addition to internationally known DJs of electronic dance music artists are more common Japanese techno scene. The club has an unusually high ceiling with hanging an oversized mirror ball. In the Womb an approximately two -minute " clubbing " scene of the movie Babel ( 2006) was filmed.
