Women's Squash Association
The Women's Squash Association ( WSA) is the union of all female professional squash player, comparable to the WTA in tennis. The male professional players are organized in the Professional Squash Association ( PSA). The organization, founded in 1983 is a member of the World Squash Federation and traded until 2011 under the names Women's International Squash Players Association ( WISPA ).

The ESC has its headquarters in London, acting president is the Australian Kasey Brown. The management Ingrid Lofdahl - Bentzer holds from Sweden, Tour Director is Anneli McDonald from England.

Honors
Since 2004, the ESC honors at the end of each season the most successful athletes in three categories: Player of the Year ( Player of the Year ), Young Player of the Year ( Junior Player of the Year ) and Most Improved Player of the Year ( player with the greatest increase in performance ). The Dutch Vanessa Atkinson in 2004, the first player of the year, since 2005, the award went every year to Nicol David from Malaysia.
