WonderSwan Color

The WonderSwan Color is a handheld game console produced by Bandai. It was published on December 30 in Japan in 2000 and competed with the Game Boy Advance by Nintendo. The publication price was 6800 yen, which is about 45 euros. Outside of Japan it was sold only in South Korea.

Developed by Gunpei Yokoi predecessor WonderSwan was released in Japan in 1999. In contrast to the current version of this system was smaller and did not have a color screen. The new model has a significantly lower energy consumption. Using one AA battery, it is possible to play 20 hours.

The device appeared in the colors crystal blue, crystal black and crystal orange, as well as in the matte shades blue and pink. Particular attention has been limited special editions. In addition to two Gundam editions include two models in the design of Final Fantasy, which were delivered together with Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II.
