Woolworth Estate

The Woolworth Estate is a historic estate in Glen Cove, Long Iceland in the U.S. state of New York.

Nature

The 56- room house was built as a country house leave in 1916 by Winfield Woolworth, founder of FW Woolworth Company by architect Charles Gilbert. It comprises five buildings, including a former manor house and is today one of the last and greatest private houses, the so-called Gold Coast gave their name. This house is privately owned. Since 1979, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
