World Darts Federation

The World Darts Federation ( WDF short ) was founded in 1976 by ​​the representatives of 15 different national associations and is the official world governing body of darts. The membership is open to any national Dartverband. The WDF is mainly committed to make the darts world known and promote its recognition as an official sport.

Currently (as of 2007 ) are the national associations from 63 countries in the WDF.
