WSG Wattens

The factory sports community Swarovski Wattens, short WSG Wattens, is an Austrian sports club from the Tyrolean town of Wattens, which is particularly known for its football section. History

1930-1971: Early years and career

The football club was founded as SC Wattens in 1930 with the colors green and white and then played in the second Tyrolean Provincial League, Group lowlands. As Tyrolean national champion, the club could as SV Wattens first time in 1953 to ascend to the second-class Arlberg league.
