Wudalianchi

Wudalianchi (五大连池 市; Pinyin: Wǔdàliánchí ) is a county -level city in China's Heilongjiang Province, which belongs to the administrative territory of the prefecture-level city of Heihe. It has an area of 9800 km ².
Name
The city's name means " Five Lakes area " and refers to the interconnected lakes that after the outbreak of volcanoes Laohei (老黑山) and Huoshao (火烧 山) was established in 1720/21.
