Wuming County

The circle Wuming (武鸣 县) is a county of the prefecture-level city of Nanning, the capital of the Autonomous Region of Guangxi Zhuang Nationality in the south of the People's Republic of China. It has an area of 3367 km ² and has 650,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Capital is the greater community Chengxiang (城厢镇).

Administrative Divisions

At the community level, the circle Wuming is composed of 13 large municipalities. These are:

• Greater community Luwo (陆 斡 镇);
• Greater community Liang Jiang (两 江镇);
• Greater community Luobo (罗波 镇);
• Greater community Lingma (灵 马镇);
• Greater community Matou (马 头镇).

In the administrative area Wumings also be:

• The State Farm Baihe (百合 农场);
• The State Farm Dongfeng (东风 农场);
• The Nanninger investment area for Chinese Overseas (南宁 华侨 投资 区).

At the census in 2000 Wuming had 603 085 inhabitants.
