Wutzkyallee (Berlin U-Bahn)

The metro station is a station Wutzkyallee the Berlin U -Bahn line U7. It was opened on January 2, 1970 as part of the extension to Zwickau dam, and is 858 meters from Lipschitzallee Metro Station and 629 meters from the Metro Station Zwickau dam. The station is located in the district of Gropius City, in the station list of the BVG bears the initials WW for this station.

The interior of the station was designed by the architect Rainer G. Rümmler. Again, you put emphasis on simplicity. The station has a center platform with a staircase in the middle, which leads into a vestibule. The design of the station is the Lipschitzallee similar, but the color ratios were reversed. Here, the wall tiles are decorated in blue and white, the center supports. The blue wall is interrupted only by a continuous white stripes on the station name on it. Platform and ceiling are decorated in gray.

Metro Station as well as the above location Wutzky centers are currently under renovation. A new output is to be integrated into the center. There is also a second exit towards the north and a lift planned to make the station accessible. In 2013, a renovation of the underground facilities was planned. An elevator will be installed in 2015, this 2.5 million euro are provided.

Connection

The underground station is operated exclusively by the U7. There are no interchanges to other public transport routes.
