Wuyang County

Wuyang county (Ch:舞阳县; Pinyin: Wǔyáng Xiàn ) is a county in Henan Province of the People's Republic of China, which belongs to the administrative territory of the prefecture-level city of Luohe. Wuyang has an area of 776 km ² and around 610,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Wuquan (舞 泉镇).

The Neolithic Jiahu - site ( Jiahu Yizhi贾湖 遗址) the Peiligang culture since 2001 has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 5-65 ).
