The Xavier University of Cincinnati (Latin: Universitas Xaveriana Cincinnatensis ) is a private university in the Roman Catholic, Jesuit sponsorship, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The college was founded in 1831 by the Jesuit Order. It is the fourth oldest Jesuit University and the sixth- oldest Catholic university in the United States. She is one of 28 members of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities.
