Xiahou Mao

Xiahou Mao was a general of the Chinese Wei Dynasty to the Three Kingdoms period.

He was the son of meritorious general Xiahou Dun. From the Wei Emperor Wei Wendi he received the title of Marquis of the Imperial house and married Cao Qinghe, a daughter of the warlord Cao Cao.

In one of the northern expeditions of the Shu- regent Zhuge Liang, he suffered a crushing defeat and fled from the mockery of the other officers in the foreign land. From then on, there is no historical record of him.
