Xiangxiang

The city of Xiang Xiang (Chinese湘乡 市) is a county-level city, which belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city in eastern China's Xiangtan Hunan province. It has an area of ​​2003 km ² and has 890,000 inhabitants.

The site of Dongshan Academy ( Dongshan Shuyuan Jiuzhi东山 书院 旧址), which was founded in 1895, and since 2006 is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 6-1007 ).
