Xinbei District

The municipality Xinbei (新 北区; Pinyin: Xinbei Qū ) is a municipality in the Chinese province of Jiangsu. He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Changzhou south of the province. It has an area of 439.16 square kilometers and has about 411 300 inhabitants ( 2005).
