Xindi (instrument)

The Xindi (新 笛Chinese, Pinyin Xindi, new flute ') is a Chinese musical instrument. It is a development of the 20th century from the classical Chinese dizi ( bamboo flute one ). The Xindi is a fully chromatic instrument with 21 holes, the most characteristic Dimo or Schnarr membrane is missing.
