Xinghai County

The circle Xinghai ( Tsigorthang ) (Tib. tsi gor thang; Chinese兴 海 县; pinyin: Xīnghǎi Xiàn ) belongs to the Autonomous County, Hainan Tibetan in the Chinese province of Qinghai. Its main town is the large village Zigortan (子 科 滩镇).
