Xinhe County, Hebei

The circle Xinhe (新 河 县) is a county of China's prefecture-level city of Xingtai, Hebei province. Its area is 366 km ² and counts 160,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Its capital is the major Xinhe (新河镇).
