Xishan District, Kunming

The town of Xishan District (西山区) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Kunming, capital of Yunnan province. It has an area of 791.14 km ² and has 420,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Xishan is the westernmost of the four districts of Kunming and forms the western shore of Dian Chi.
