Xojayli (Cyrillic Хўжайли; karakalpakisch Xojeli, Cyrillic Хожели; Russian Ходжейли Chodschejli ) is a city in the belonging to Uzbekistan Karakalpakstan Autonomous Republic, located about 10 km west-southwest of the capital Nukus karakalpakischen to 73 m above sea level, south of the Amu Darya.

Xojayli is an independent city and also the capital of the eponymous district Xojayli. According to the population census in 1989 Xojayli then had 59,500 inhabitants, a calculation for 2009 are that there is the population of 104 589. Xojayli making it the city with the second largest population in Karakalpakstan.

Xojayli gained city status in 1926. Of economic importance are Xojayli cotton, shipyards, the carpet and the food industry. The town lies on the railway line from Turkmenabat in Turkmenistan to Makat in Kazakhstan and has a railway station.
