Yahiko Line

The Yahiko Line (Japanese弥 彦 线, Yahiko- sen) is a Japanese railway line on the east coast of Japan, which is operated by JR East. It runs between the town and the village Sanjō Yahiko Yahiko at the foot of the mountain in Niigata Prefecture.

By 1985, the line ran to Echigo- Nagasawa and had a length of 25.3 kilometers. For economic reasons, this stretch was henceforth served by buses.

The route is served by trains of the 115 series.
