Yakima Sun Kings

The Yakama Sun Kings were a professional basketball team that played in the Continental Basketball Association. The team was based in Yakima, Washington and was wearing his matches at the Yakima Sun Dome.

At the beginning of the team in Kansas City, Missouri was settled, but moved soon after Topeka (Kansas). In 1990, the team then moved in the state of Washington and has been renamed to " Yakima Sun Kings ". There you had one for CBA teams unusually successful time and won in 1995, 2000 and 2003 respectively the championship. In his plays he came to 13 points and nine rebounds in section and was then taken by the Lakers back under contract.

After two more championships in 2006 and 2007, it was announced on 10 April 2010 that the team has set the play mode due to ongoing losses. Negotiations with new investors came to nothing, so that the team has not become active again until today.
