Yakoma people
The Yakoma are a people of the Central African Republic.
They speak the Bantu language Yakoma and are therefore among the Bantu peoples.
The total of 160,000 Yakoma make in the country from about 4 % of the total population. A total of about 10,000 Yakoma also living in the Congo.
André- Dieudonné Kolingba, President of the Central African Republic from 1979 to 1993, was also a Yakoma.
