Yann Samuell

Yann Samuell ( born June 7, 1965 in France ) is a French film director and screenwriter.

Life

After attending film school, Samuell turned to the short film. From 1994 comes Mano -e -mano. Later he worked in the field of documentary film. His debut as a feature film - director and script writer was in the 2003 film Love Me if You Dare ( Jeux d' enfants ). The main roles were played by Guillaume Canet and Marion Cotillard. The music by Philippe Rombi. His second film in 2008 was My Sassy Girl - Cheeky adorable, for the Victor Levin wrote the screenplay.

2009 Samuell wrote the screenplay for the movie Formosa Betrayed. In 2010 he released his film Forget Me Not (L' Âge de raison ) with Sophie Marceau. In 2011, Samuell in the remake of The War of the Buttons Director.
