Yanzhou Coal Mining Company

Yanzhou Coal Mining was founded in 1997 Chinese mining company with headquarters in Jining.

The company is listed on three different exchanges: Hong Kong Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company owns several coal mines in China. The majority of the company is controlled by the Chinese Consolidated Yankuang Group. The annual production of 2010 was 49.63 million tons, the profit before tax 12.113.833.854 RMB ( 1.411.261.644 € / January 10, 2011 ).

Location

The headquarters of Yanzhou Coal Mining is located, as well as most mines in Shandong Province.

Mines

The company operates six mines: Nantun, Xinglong Zuhang, Baodian, Dongtan, Jining II, Jining III, Tianchi, Zhaolou and Austar in Australia, which were digested 1966-2004 and reach depths from 300 to 900 m. The thickness of the Hauptflöze is between 5 and 9 meters. In 2008, a total of about 36 million tons of coal were extracted.
