Yekaterina Sharmina

Yekaterina Mikhailovna Scharmina, born Martynova (Russian Екатерина Михайловна Шармина ( Мартынова ); born August 6, 1986 in Chelyabinsk) is a Russian runner who specializes in the 1,500 -meter run.

In the Junior European Championships 2005, she won silver. At the European Indoor Championships in 2011, she won bronze at the World Championships and they bowed out of. In 2011 she also won the Russian championship over 1500 meters.

The 1.69 m tall athlete starts for Dynamo Sverdlovsk.
