Yfke Sturm
Yfke Sturm ( born November 19, 1981 in Almere ) is a Dutch supermodel.
Youth
Yfke is the daughter of an environmental inspector and a journalist. Yfke grew up with two brothers on, made a lot of sports and was planning a future as a sports medicine. That changed, however, when in 1997 an employee of the Dutch agency Elite Model Management asked her if she wanted to apply for the international modeling competition Elite Model Look.
Career
Discovery
Yfke won the Dutch model competition and then the international Elite Model Look in Nice, France. Yfke at the time was only 15 years old. Not much later, she signed an exclusive contract with Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein Cosmetics. Storm was at the time still in school and traveled for orders to New York, Paris and Amsterdam.

Holland 's Next Top Model
Yfke has been twice Holland 's Next Top Model, the counterpart to Heidi Klum's Germany's Next Top Model moderated. The winner of the first season, Sanne Nijhof, then won the international model competition Supermodel of the World Agency Ford The winner of the second season, Kim Feenstra, hit the headlines because she had made as minors nude pictures, has a criminal record for theft and a year was working as an escort. The next two seasons were, however, presented by Daphne Deckers, a Dutch presenter, writer, former model and wife of former Wimbledon champion Richard Krajicek, as Storm would like to focus on her international modeling career, as the official justification of the TV station RTL 5
2008 was Yfke in the seventh episode of Heidi Klum's Germany's Next Top Model as a guest.
Private life
Yfke was from 2002 to 2010 with her boyfriend Imad Izemrane, a Dutchman of Moroccan origin, dating, whom she married on July 7, 2007. Yfke living in New York for six years.
